Your account doesn't have review access. If this should be you, add your user ID to the admins table in the Supabase Table Editor.
Anyone can submit one from the homepage, but nobody becomes a member until you approve it here. Approving sends them an automatic welcome email; denying just removes it.
Approve content that follows the Community Guidelines, or reject with a reason the member will be able to see.
Members can report another member, a post, a comment, or a message. Review each one, remove the content if it breaks the rules, then mark it resolved or dismissed so it drops off this list.
Profile photos publish instantly too — no approval needed. Spot-check them here and remove anything that shouldn't be up.

New uploads already get a video thumbnail and a shrunk-down photo automatically. This runs the same two fixes over everything uploaded before that — one-time, safe to re-run, and it only touches videos with no thumbnail yet and photos that are still oversized.
Before running this the first time, a one-time database update is needed — see sql/media-backfill-admin-storage.sql (run it once in the Supabase SQL editor). Without it, this will stop with an error on the first file it tries to fix.
Each of these already paid the review fee. Approve to publish it to the public shelf at ensemblefitness.com/books.html, or reject with a reason — the review fee is refunded automatically the moment you reject.

When an artist uploads a song from their own Profile page, it lands here automatically — already live in the Music Library, no typing required from you. Check in on this list whenever you get a chance and listen through anything new; "Deactivate" pulls a track from the picker without breaking videos that already used it. Deactivating a self-submitted track sends that artist a friendly note letting them know. You can also add a track yourself below.
Add a quote here and it instantly shows up on quote-library.html. "Edit" fixes a typo in place (without affecting its spot in the daily rotation); "Delete" removes a quote for good.
Paste a real Amazon and/or TikTok link, add a photo if you have one, and write your own one-line take. It goes live on the public Ensemble Approved Products page right away — no code, no waiting on a deploy. "Edit" fixes any text field in place (the photo isn't editable there — re-add the pick if the photo needs to change); "Deactivate" pulls a pick from the page without losing it.
